Stonehenge or bust

Next Friday morning is the winter solstice. Is anyone going?

Mrs TW is marrying her brother in Devon on Saturday so will look at leaving here Thursday and detour to the henge for Friday.

 

No too far away from me but usually do something at the local hilltop landmark with the mountain bikers!

 

What happens in the west country, stays in the west country

 

One of my neighbors is a druid he always gets along to the stonyhenge

 

It's 05:25, and just leaving home :shiver:

 

The good thing is, the nights start drawing out tomorrow, extra minute of daylight at 3:54 down here...

 

I have noticed it is getting lighter in the evening ,roll on spring....[if we don`t all die today]....
