You also have to trade off the fact that provided theres a flatbed truck length in front of your bus, none of these gadgets that fiddle with pedals or steering or ignition will prevent "recovery of a broken down VW" using the winch.

You'te welcome, patient pending. Approval to make 2 . Accidental bonus is that it touches the steering column, grounding it to the pedals so the horn sounds when you turn the key. A plastic motor bike disc lock flexi string up to the steering wheel highlights it.
