I am looking at my steering box (its off and in my Vice) and am unsure as to how to adjust it. It has about 1/5 turn free play at full right and left lock – but much less in the straight ahead position – I have had a fiddle with the adjustment can’t remember how it felt before – cos I’m dim!! It has a nice free feel until you get it to the middle 1/3 and it gets tighter – but still easy to do by hand – Have I cocked up or should it be like that? Thanks marc
