Hi all, what are your views on Land rover one shot oil as opposed to EP90 in steering box Mine has a leak. Is the grease any good or a NO NO?
As @zed said, LR one shot grease is to thick,it's fine on a Landy as it's intended to stick to the surface of the steering swivel balls, but the oil in your bays steering box has to 'slosh' arround and coat the worm and peg -so to speak.
Cheers guys, won't be going there then. I changed the top seal and I do have the bottom seal but, same old story, couldn't budge the drop arm and it's just started to leak. I will have to get it off and take it to someone with a press.
