Steel braided fuel hose

  1. Steel braided fuel hose, seems to get a mixed press. Anyone know a good place to get some suitable for a T2 1600, needs to be rated for modern fuels of course.

    Thanks

Personally I wouldn't use any overbraided stuff (fabric or steel) as it means you can't keep an eye on the bit that matters i.e the fuel line itself.
You want R9 SAE30 rated hose, I think Heritage sell it although any decent motor factors should have it on a reel and probably without so-called scene tax.

  3. Good point, I'll go the unbraided route. Ta

  4. As above, I wouldn't go for over braided. There's no real point.
