The measure of good customer service is how they deal with it when things go wrong, and on that front, Coolair get a big A+ from me. I won't bore you with the details, but there was an issue with something which, ultimately turned out to be a wrongly labelled part from the supplier, and they've dealt with the issue quickly and without fuss. Because of this, they're always top of my list of where to buy parts from.
