Is there another make of wiper arm that will fit a bay? I want to fit stainless arms on mine but they're very expensive compared to non VW ( non scene tax) ..
I nearly bought some when I went on a bling orgy at a Volksworld show but £80 a set ! I bought a complete set of mats instead for the same price.
That's about the price I've seen them for but there's loads on eBay for other marques for around £30 , I might measure the t2 ones and find out what the spindle diameter is and try and match some up..
I think the main problem is that they bolt on rather than have the little spring clip or grub screw. mini and landrover ones look like they are the same length but they have a different fitting
I got some from an American Classic dealer £15 for the pair, the actual rubbers needed replacing but they're only a couple of quid.
