As much as im trying to cling onto winter theres no denying spring is showing its young blooming face Full of new life and vigour mother nature despite the economic downturn carries on as usual Springs not far away so to those who get down in the lowlight seasons i say to you CHIN UP THE DAYS ARE STRETCHING NOW WERE THROUGH THE WORST Springs on its way people i chewed my first ransom leaf today and it was very sweet for a ransom leaf It was like a luxury to be privaledged to taste it Nowt happens if you sit about Just get out there and do somthing anything just go and be alive

we have a few snow drops showing after the snow. I normal get some birch sap when it starts rising properly still a few weeks away much better than red bull but this year i am going to have a go at making it into a wine
