Had a weekend in Prague and spotted these 'classic kit cars' built as taxis for around the city centre. They were so silent I thought they were electric but on close inspection they had a clutch pedal and exhaust, perhaps duo power but with what combustion engine (Skoda?). Note the replica glass motif on the rad top!
