Spark plug anti-seize?

Quick question - should you grease spark plug threads with anti-seize? If so, what product to use? (A link would be useful).
It's for a type IV engine, if it makes any difference.

I've read a lot of conflicting info on the internet, so just want some real world advice from the gurus here on TLB.

No they should be hand tight changed yearly and they won't seize.

Hand tight with a ratchet

 

on steel heads i use to put a bit of copper slip on the plug threads not sure about alloy heads through i don't put anything on mine

 

Bit of Copaslip if you like. Hand tight then an eighth turn with the wrench.
