I have got too many projects on the go, and especially want to tour the Med in a camper this year, so I am selling one of my best . It is a 1976 2000L, with the original CJ motor, has been in Johannesburg all its life and is virtually rust free, the only bad spot is the battery tray, but it has not affected the surrounding panels. The interior is complete but has seen better days. All the underside, chassis and floors are 100% sound. There is not even any rust around the screen. Engine and box are both good, and all the brakes have just been completely overhauled, and rear shocks replaced, and she drives well. Some of the engine tinware is missing. The headling has some small rips in it. Both rear lower corners have been filled due to poor parking, but are not corroded. I have a portfolio of about 50 photos available to interested parties, and have contactable trade references in the UK. I will sell for 3750 GBP delivered to the shippers in Joburg. Shipping 2 vehicles in a 40’ container is about 1000 GBP each to Felixstowe, plus approx another 1000GBP for clearance and VAT/Duty. Alternatively I can sell her with a fully documented respray,( windows out , and new headlining fitted) for 5250 GBP.
