Evening All, It’s my first post so please be gentle.... I’ve been an observer for a couple of years but feel I need to tell you my story of 2021 Following what can only be described as a nightmare few months I’m now on the way to getting my bus on the road before the August holidays ....... I’ve discovered that the reason for my troubles has been a float full of petrol!! ................at the end of last year I could smell fuel and could see drips coming from the left carb. A friend stripped the carbs and rebuilt them in May. Got them fitted back on and discovered the engine had seized over the winter. Replaced the starter in the interim as thought it was faulty........ Two weeks of following every trick on the forum and the engine released and with new oil etc she fired up. Ran a bit and then after a thorough investigation we have discovered the left float is full of fuel....... does anyone know where I’m likely to find a replacement???? I’m based in South Hampshire. thanks in anticipation
