I have had this awning for 4 years. It comes with the matching ground sheet and carpet, which we always used. I also bought the sleeping compartment however this has never been used and is still unopened in its original bag. There are no rips or tears and it is in very good condition. £150 ready for the Summer. Prefer collection and just outside Chichester West Sussex.
