Sliding door won’t shut

The sliding door seems to pop out of the rear runner when being closed, I know it’s probably a stupid novice question but I just can’t work out why or if there’s something missing?!

 

Sounds as if it’s come off the runner, half way along is a small notch where you can pop the wheel back on

Try closing it with one of the front doors open, to let out the air pressure inside the van. Its usually much easier to close like that.

 

The ‘middle’ runner?
It goes halfway along and then moves out?! If that makes sense

Well fit some then - see if it works........

 

Half way along the runner is a notch where you pop the wheel out when you want to take the door off, look to see if it’s coming out from this notch

 

Ok thank you, and is there a quick remedy if it is constantly coming out?

 

Clean the track and wheel , don't be tempted to grease anything as this collects dirt and grit

 

Worn bearing in the wheel or wheel axle.

 

Or striker plate out of line...?
