sliding door protective sill

I got a scruffy one around some where it seems whatever I use to try and fit it pokes through and fouls on the door roller

 

The Devon ones were riveted.

 

mine is riveted also

 

I asked this bloke, and his are riveted as well...

 

Self tappers, then remove when they've cut their thread and shorten with grinder, or snap (they're hardened).
