Sliding door problem

My sliding door might be falling apart - I'm sure I just need to tighten a nut up on the roller, but can't seem to get the cover off.

This bolt just turns and does nothing else. The whole thing turns, thread and nut but doesn't undo

And suggestions

 

the other end to that bold is behind the inner panel.

 

Ah thanks I'll see if I can find it.

 

Try holding the bolt in some mole grips and use open end spanner on nut.
