Sink recommendations?

Looking for a small-ish sink for my bus as living without one for a while has emphasised our need for one. Limited space so looking at a Smev VA930. Anyone fitted one? Any good and what tap did you fit. Id like one with a microswitch really. Anyway its one of these.

Got one of these in our boat, pretty good I think. No idea on the tap, just something off ebay a while back

 

I have one from my westy @Dicky or did you look at measurements before?

 

I should check when buying which way the water goes down the plug hole, I recommend clockwise, you get a better swirl.

 

Cant remember tbh. From memory it was too deep i think. Will check, was it on a message?

Is tap fitted to sink or worktop?

 

Into the worktop, I sealed the edges of the hole with varnish before fitting the tap

 

cant find the measurements. mind you i couldnt find this thread either when I came back to it. Thought id posted in general. Did i get moved?

 

Yep looks like its been moved to mech tech, will dig out measurements again and will bring it to techenders so you can have a look if you want

 

Found the original post and it was too deep ie width was gread - depth of bowl wasnt an issue but the front to back measurement was 470mm which is bigger that the unit depth and i want it as slim as my fridge will allow (aiming for about 420). Thanks anyway. Might change plans at some point though. More or less built one unit and didnt like it so who knows!

 

What's the width of the unit? could put it sideways?
