Well it started again this morning so 12 hours of honking up later, I live to tell the tale!

 

Big mac meal & that's not like me, I don't normally do maccy d's because it's poor! I got a searing pain in my lower back muscles right after eating it too but it felt like a strain so put it down to fatigue

 

Can I recommend a tea spoon of concrete and some counselling on toughening the f**k up?
