What Donnups said. I can understand he was a big character who's left a big gap, but you gave him a good home and I'm sure he was very grateful to you for that. Too soon probably to think about getting another cat, but in time you'll be up for it and then be able to remember the best bits of him without feeling so sad.
Well, that's something you should be a little bit proud of yourselves about. He was happy because of you guys, and you were happy because he was. I know it's hard. It will get easier. How sad you feel now just shows everyone how much you loved him.
ahah Know what you mean!!!! My house kinda feels like this half the time......... Cheaper by the Dozen trailer I was dreading a puppy.. but then we only really had experience of great danes.. and their puppies are ... well the size of a great dane puppy!!! LOL But beau has been adorable.. and his wees an poos are smaller than the boys!!!
Both born on the same day but from two different litters, the Ginga Ninja and Misseltoe aka fat B*stard
I would like to introduce you to the latest addition to the Doyle menagerie....Clover the Cat! She was neglected by a 'woman' and taken in by a friend of ours but unfortunately her cat kept beating her up so we have taken her in. Clover is actually 10 months old but is very very small almost like a kitten.
This is Bracken our 6 month old puppy and Bramble our 6 year old dog. Bramble was trained as a search and rescue dog so we're hoping some of that rubs off on Bracken but at the moment, his key purpose in life is to steal underwear and lick the dishwasher so I think he has some way to go...
Could you not say 'Bracken there's someone trapped in a dishwasher........................and they're wearing underwear'!!!
