    One of my customers tied a dressing gown cord to their kitchen door. They spent a few months training their dog to pull it to open the door as he kept shutting himself in the kitchen for the day!

    for a few years now the niece had been complaining about her hall light not working

    said i'd have a look ,this is what i found behind the switch -- the house is less than 10 years old
    and my youngest lives opposite and has had similar problems

    My quality control side is looking at that and thinking they should have either removed the socket to paint or waited until the paint was dry before refitting!!

    Shoddy.
