It's waterside fishery in Chesham,bucks.

It's a day ticket, fish up to 48lb. I ended up there as all my lakes are either closed till June 16th or closed due to fish spawning. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice swim, locked gate that they give you the code for, decent car park, no wading through mud and soon to be completed otter fence. £20 for 24 hours although they didn't seem in any rush to get you to leave.

I blanked!! Chased um round on zigs all day yesterday but when the storm came in they did the off.

 

time to get a new sliding seal in soon as the other day I got caught in the rain whilst doing the floor and it was hammering in

The ski area is opening a week ahead of schedule, nice for the tourists but lumps us with trying to fit 10 days work into 4 days.
200 mm of snow last night and more forecast for today and tonight.





How are we supposed to have coffee if the cafe staff don't clear the table.
