After a day of torrential rain & temperatures in the mid 20's yesterday, we lost a lot of snow which resulted in flooding.




Nearly 12" of rain in less than 24 hours.

 

We had a cold change move in overnight & that dropped about 300 - 400mm of snow so the groomers managed to get some of the mountain open for skiing.
Long queues for the few open ski lifts though.



Wind speeds above 150 Km/hour up the top resulted in a Lift Operators hut having a little lie down.



The road home this evening.
