Everything has gone enery efficient in our household. LED everything with no heat given.
Its 23L so i'll check again in a few hours because maybe the belt heater is just taking its time to warm it.

I normally wait until the summer to make some as it stays the right temperature without fafffing about with heaters but i got impatient.

 

Yeast is very sensitive to temperature, if I recall correctly, colder is better than too warm.
