On 6th April last year I managed to go over on my right foot and ended up at A&E



And on Saturday 4th May this year (the force wasn’t with me), I managed to go over on my left foot and ended up in a similar position....



........and that is why I couldn’t do Stanford Hall or the classic car show at Thoresby Hall last Bank Holiday weekend.

Next year between 1st April and 1st June I will mostly be wearing a bubble wrap suit and thick boots as I clearly have weak ankles.
