Should Camperjam have been cancelled

Do they know who did and didn't turn up? Don't recall them crossing me of a list, Do you?

I asked the question how they know how many people actually turned up, As wristbands were sent out in advance. According to them there was 1500 more in attendance.

 

I reckon CJ would have been damned if they did and damned if they didnt.

No-one can control the weather. No-one has hindsight in advance.

 

You cant have contingencies for rain like this. Man it is seriously nutting it down in caterham. Its so heavy it looks foggy.

I'm glad Camperjam happened! We all knew to take wellies and did, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My son and daughter turned up too in their vehicles (27 year old Golf and 51 year old Landrover) and a good time was had by all.

It would be good to get a commemorative plaque though!

Just seen this from an event a friend went to over the weekend. And we think we had problems!!!

we took 11 newbies to CJ and they loved it so much they want to return next year

so no i do not think it should have been cancelled
no matter where you go or what you do no one has control over the weather
so make the most of life and enjoy
