What is this "Tiger seal" you speak of? I feel it's something I should own, I used to use Blacktite until it was found to be carcinogenic.
It's polyurethane sealer/adhesive that comes in a mastic-style tube. There's similar stuff that I forget the name of. Being squishy, it'll fill gaps, so the surfaces don't need to be flat. Takes a good while to cure, but I'm confident I could stick my van to the side of the house with it edit: para beat me to it...
