http://www.proposedsolution.com/solutions/ntldr-is-missing-press-ctrl-alt-del-to-restart-2/ first try this: Step 1 – Remove non bootable media * Remove any floppy disks, CD’s or USB sticks from your computer and restart. * If NTLDR is missing error appears again, proceed to step 2 on the site
Dan is on the right road, its realated to the boot disk and could be a lot of things. It's quite a common problem. http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000465.htm
Hit it with a big hammer and go and buy a mac book My laptop went daft a few weeks ago couldn't get wife to agree about the mac book solution so mended it and went and brought a xbox instead
Hi, Could you post up a bit more info? (operating system, laptop spec, weather etc... added any software recently.. Can you boot up in safe mode? (Hold down F8 while you boot.) The message is about a bootloader which may or may not be a problem. If you can get into safe mode you could try rebooting from the last good restore point.. Good Luck, really annoying when they misbehave.. Cheers s
I concur with Mr B, most unsporting of you sir. (BTW you use CD's for operating systems, how quaint... See what youre missing > ) Cheers s
One just downloaded ones OS from thon yonder App store without much ado. One then proceeded to install said item without any hullabaloo. Isn't it frightfully charming how the PC classes still manage to make use of such humble equipage. Dont you know.
