Room thermostat wiring - Help please

I need to replace a room thermostat that has gone kaput, its this one



And this is how its wired


Blue - N, Red - Common, Yellow - CA??

Can i replace it with this and ifso which wire goes where?

 

The bare cable with the green covering goes on the far left

 

Red on 1
Blue on 2
Yellow on 3
Earth on earth.


Assuming yellow is on the call on the old stat.
