Roof "bung" I don't know and need help!

I have a 72 Westy with the front elevating roof.
I've just had the roof resprayed and now face putting the elevating roof and the rear section back on.
The rear section which contains the fitted roof rack has large rubber "bungs" which have the securing bolts running through them. These have perished.

Does anyone know what they are called and where I can get some?

May I suggest you have a look at Demi John Bungs as used in wine making

 

Reuse them, they won't compress anymore, or try NLA VW

 

I believe people have used Demijohn bungs in the past

 

I have worked great.
