Yep....think about it logically...the floor cargo deck and bulkhead are all fixed in relation to one another...alter one, you have to alter the others.... Bear in mind that most people will put something on the cargo deck before any carpet (ply/foam/underfelt/hardboard/combination of stuff) so any discrepancy between the height of the bed boards and the cargo deck is usually made up this way.....
i got same bed before i cut it up and made 3/4 bed.....now my bed was put into the seatbelt holes on the arch....and it sat great ...until i cut it up,now with my wonky welding power ,its touch ...shall we say slighty sloped......just make sure its all straight floorwise,as when the bolts and big washers are done up ,its tight as a crabs bum .....good luck bruv

Vanorak....that's a great idea to create more space under seat......the two "legs" do create a few storage issues....can I ask was it a RustyLee set up you converted as I have one of his that is brill...except for the "legs" ?
