I found this the other day as I was looking for inspiration too. If someone could add some dimensions as to how high the hinge etc should be that would be great

i do not have the metal legs on the base but if someone has these laying about i would like to buy them
looking at my pict it looks like the height is the metal flat that bolts to base is leval with the box . if you need the box height i have the box in on my old brackets what are alike. if you need pics i will take some
It has to be the correct height so that in bed mode it will be level with the rear shelf over the engine. This will vary slightly with floor thickness. I did mine and I can't remember how I did it, so can't have been too hard!

Ive posted em on here before but not entirely sure your hinges are the same. top edge of base of bed box (seat) is approx 4inches below the hight of the rear shelf . If you dont have the supports you can hinge a 4 inch flap from your bed-case front that supports it in bed mode.
my hinge is open thats why it looks different they sell these on j/k site they did email me a instruction but i cant find it
