Well managed to get the switch fitted just need a 22mm spanner to tighten up and that will be good. Wiring all done run another lead to the driver's side so will have reverse on both sides. Easy once you know where and what your looking for. Cheers guys!!
@snotty @baygeekster @mikedjames thanks chaps - old thread i know but i finally found the time to get under the van this weekend and have a go a fixing this, all works great thanks. My van now has reversing lights for the first time in 20-ish years
