Removing Viking interior

  1. How do I get this bit out? Looks like its bolted through the floor,but have the belly pan and water tank under the van that I don't fancy removing, ideas!

    Most likely it's either screwed or bolted through the floor, if the belly pans are removeable they will probably be bolted

  4. Belly pans not easily removable.... Might be time to grind off the bolt heads... Worry about re fitting another day!
     
  5. This looks familiar. I'm in the middle of restoring my super Viking. As stated you have to remove the belly pans which are a pig. I refitted mine today with rivnuts so next time it'll be a doddle. What you doin with the interior?!!?

  6. It was a grinder for me..... Will deal with the belly pans when it comes to refit!
    Going to keep interior much the same, just using ply and no chipboard, main reason was to lay a new floor, the old chipboard one was rotten and I have some nice amtico to go down
