Interested in knowing this too! If i could thread jack.... could someone show us your wiring solutions too? Saw some on buses last weekend that were wired through the front panel, which I didn't really float my boat!

  3. Not JK's - mine have rusted away in just a few months.... Might just try Halfords next time.

  4. I wired mine behind the bummer,( removed bummer and ran wire between it and deformation panel. I them took the wiring under the cab belly pan and up into the can through the floor. If you intend to have these as your high beam lights you will also need to install an additional relay and thick wire so your ages wiring can cope with the extra power being demanded.

I can't advise on lights, I bought some old Lucas at a show as I couldn't find any decent ones new. Then I found holdens in Bromyard. They do NOS for old classic cars

i got some old bosch ones off a frontera, but then they are square. cost me a tenner. holes thorugh front panel, not an issue really, put gromms in there covered in vaseline/grease all good.

  6. You can't fit Lucas lights to a bus. It's just wrong. There's a danger that non-functioning Lucas disease will spread to the rest of your electrics.

The originals would have been the black rectangular Bosch jobs from the 70s.
