    The single carb can be made to work, it will never be as good as twins but it shouldn’t be less reliable.

    I would never consider fitting a single carb but I use the bus all year round in all conditions and if you want to be able to drive when it’s hot, cold, dry or wet then fit twin carbs and save money trying to set up a single. Sell the single to someone who believes they work well – there’s plenty that do.

  2. Another vote for twin carbs here, work great on a type 4, mine are 40 Dells.

  8. The CSP kits are a bit spendy, but you only do this job once, my mates CSP setup is really nice :thumbsup:
