Ad how far is that we need miles or km, I've done just under 19 km walking the dogs rtoday

 

My tracker says I've done 13000 steps today and reckons that's 5.61 miles

Apparently we're supposed to do 10000 steps a day to be healthy. I suspect to your dogs walk you further
