    Mystery solved! It was me banana sending me a much needed part :)

    Thank god I didn't get the super glue out or Millie would have had words :lol:

    There a collective holding of breath here as we still ponder what that thing was (I personally am convinced it's part of ET's phone still).

    It's the missing foot from a rack for @hailfrank's beetle.
    I sent the rack via my brother so the missing foot arrived prior to the rack despite the rack being sent two weeks earlier!!!
    Loving the answers though, some of you are revealing a lot about your inner psyche! ;) (and some of you are very worrying) :D
