Propex versus Whale.

Ok, in the next week or so I'm gonna buy a heating system for the Bus (otherwise Mrs TBR will NEVER go camping)
I want a system that'll run on both gas and electric. Propex and Whale both do one.
Anyone got any news/reviews/opinions/useful info?

 

Everyone knows I love a Propex, Don't know anything about Whale heaters, but they do make good pumps

 

You're just greedy! Mrs TBR says she's sleeping with you if I don't buy a heater.

Whats your pros and cons for the heaters? where are you mounting it?

 

Probably under the rock n roll. 1 pipe into back, one into heating system (maybe).
The 240v hook up is under there too, making the wiring easy.

 

Then, other than the fact that the whale seems to draw .03 of an amp more, i would say just get the one that will fit the best, the whale on its side (which looks quite good, or the propex laying flat?

 

Output's the same so I guess it'll be decided by the fewest number of beer tokens.

 

Again I don't know much about the whale heaters but I'm a big fan of my propex

i have done alot of research to as my wife had to have heating to so i am fitting propex monday under r and roll near electrics to good luck

 

I have just bought the propex gas and electric for the Jurgens.Not fitted yet but on the list.
