Positives and Negatives

    Van isn't back - the sliding door hinge is playing up so it will be delivered to my door on Wednesday. On a positive, at the age of 45 I have finally got my karate black belt this afternoon. Was hard work but its a great sense of achievement. Not quite a lethal weapon but keeps my semi fit.

    To be honest I ensure that I am proper padded up for fighting after the detached retina so I think I'll stay clear of boxing thank you :)
