Plywood for roof headliner tintop size or template

Hi

I'm going to pickup some 8x4ft 3.6mm plywood for the head liner in my tin top.

Does anyone know what size the timber needs to be cut too?

Are there any templates still floating about?

I can get 5*5 in 1.5mm for £27 a sheet
