Hi All Im beginning to look into completing interior of my panel van. Its current state is fully Dynamat without any kick panels, door cards and ply lining. Does anyone have any recommendations on ply lining kits for a RHD 79 panel van? Any help would be greatly appreciated
I got a kit from Customshop_designs_uk . It was £120 for an eleven part kit ,3.6 mm ply for my panel van .It all fitted very well, they are helpful people on the phone,but probably best to e mail them at the moment as i think they are away until after new year. they sell a lot of stuff on E bay.
As above really. I re-lined and carpeted my panel van, reused sone of the ply and used some as templates for ply sheets I bought. With hindsight would have gladly paid £120 for panels that had been machine cut to fit perfectly, instead of the time spent matching and trimming pieces to fit. Are you intending to carpet throughout as well? If so, you need to decide if you want a panel kit that has the fixing holes already drilled in it or not and if you want the fixings to be seen or not.
