pipe from air cleaner body??

This pipe comes out the back of the air cleaner and hangs free... any idea if this is correct please or if should attach somewhere

Different air filter but I'd fit the ideas the same!

 

It was the B to the 'Funny round thing'
Have attached now... any idea as to what difference it will make.... will I go fater now!

PS I have no A to E ... the E end is capped off and cant find an A

fits under the tin and goes by the barrel fins Its a bit of a fiddle to fit

 

you need an S too
