Petrol siphoning through carbs!

    The shutoff solenoid is best , if outside the engine bay. Its why I still have a bus.

    Ignition off, fuel fire starts to go out.

    And it stops a Weber carb leaking .. until it gets so bad it floods about 1km after starting...

  2. My icts carbs run a 1.5 on a filter king . But that's the 8mm pipe size one going to 6mm pipe for the Webbers so the reduction push the pressure up a tad

    Sorry for the poor grammar I'm ill lol

    I think you're right. Maybe I'll put the pump and solenoid valve under the tank outside the engine bay - makes sense.
