Hi guys and girls, just joined the forum hoping to soak up the wealth of information that's in here. I'm a complete newbie to v dubs and can't wait for the time I can drive mine down the road. My vans called 'poppy' and she's a 1978 bay 2.0 auto panel van. Quite rare I believe as I'm having a nightmare sourcing parts. But it's all in the fun. Current status is she's sat in my garage, welding all done, brakes overhauled, engine tickled up serviced and nicely painted. Just having a mare with the gearbox so will be posting very soon for some help. Hopefully shudnt be too long before I can get her moving for the summer. If we have one this year.
