I think Dubious on here was making something very similar a while back. Maybe worth pm'ing him or doing one of those @ things, that I haven't figured out yet.

These are the measurements of my original jack.

 

25mm square tube, don't get 1" as it don't fit right, the guy that sells them in the US uses 1" and it don't fit well. Can measure the angle if u need it.

 

Hmm. I'd struggle to get anything 25mm in mine.

 

It's 25mm and you put a cut in the middle so it collapses / compresses to allow stability ;-)
