the outer sill is fine, just moves where it joins to post a little. don't know if water running down front arch seem has collected there and if its only filled to hold it has caused slight rust. inner sill is all fine and solid but did have side belly pans ground off last year as I know water can cause problems with trapping water. have not welded in ages so if its easy to do might be practice in case I have to do more in future..
