Hi Everyone, Two years ago we bought our 1st camper with the intention of doing it up (modestly) and selling it on but we ended up keeping it as I could not resist spending more and more money on it to try and do the job properly which meant the project could only go at a pace I could afford. I have never had one before, had no prior knowledge about them and no idea of what to do in terms of restoring one but luckily my friend happens to be an engineer and owns his own body shop and with my money and his craft we spent the last 2 years slowly restoring the camper which is hopefully going to be on the road by the end of this coming week. It had panels missing (or pieces cut out!!!), the engine was in pieces so we had no idea if it would even run or was complete, it came with a Devon pop top but the camper was a tin top but I think it's safe to say it was a complete wreck! So...here is the camper when we bought it (poor thing)... So, after seeing those initial pics would you have taken on a project like that because as a newbie I had no idea how bad it's condition was. Here is before, during & after images of the engine, when we got the camper the engine was literally in pieces and incomplete... WelshRed
Hi, The interior is complete apart from curtains and one or two finishing touches, I'll try to get more pics up today in between my work. WelshRed
