i have 2 original sliding windows that I need to refit to the van but I'm struggling to find anywhere that sells a seal that is suitable. In desperation I bought one from JK that suggested it was for repro sliding Windows and hoped it would work but i can't get it to work with the windows I have. Has anybody else managed to find a supplier With these seals?
Are you talking about the window rubbers to fit them to the bus or seals on the actual sliding window itself? I have them on mine, but I used the standard window rubbers to fit them. I would be interested if you find replacement parts for the front edge seal and the felt scraper as that is pretty shot in mine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I’m pretty sure my Devon slider is original, and it fits with an ordinary side window seal. I think the repro ones are different.
@gratboyslim yes need seal to fit it into the van, just assumed it needed a different seal to standard but I’ll try a standard one when I get a chance.
@Vwsm OK, cool. You should be fine then with standard window ones.
