Out on the moors today with the fells of Wharfedale, Airedale, the Malham high moors with the Forest of Bowland in the far distance and the North Yorkshire Moors the other way. At sunset the world ignited and from below the crag me and the hound were sat, a short eared owl flew out of the shadow and blazed gold.
Not a bad start to the year.

Saw a buzzard this afternoon ..... big bu@@er it was.

 

Driving back from Bristol this afternoon, we saw 5 deer.
