must be the Brian Wilson thing.....great arrangements, totally eclectic...not afraid to try something out, regardless of commerciality... Great song... Saw them at Leeds a while back and they were really funny....
Oasis at the time but went and saw Blur at Glasto 2009 and they were epic, one of the best performances i've been too

You have to give it to Blur for writing good original songs rather than mainly Beatles paradies. I like this one, but again it's just fakery and styled on a 60's song or two with a beatles style intro.
Music wise, Albarn wins Ability to give me a good chuckle, you can't beat Noel can you? Ability to look like Parker out of Thunderbirds? Gotta be Noel again...
